You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

The Site uses Google Firebase Authentication with Google as the sign in provider for newsletter access. You agree to the following.

• Provide accurate information and use only your own Google account to sign in.
• Keep your Google account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly through the Site if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Site or other users.

When using the Site you agree not to do any of the following.

• Break the law or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers or related infrastructure.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or interfere with its operation (including spamming, flooding or denial of service attempts).
• Scrape or harvest content at a rate that disrupts service, or use automated tools to abuse forms, sign ins or the newsletter.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code or content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

By subscribing to the newsletter you consent to receive emails from us about new posts, articles, projects and occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

All content on the Site, including text, articles, blog posts, images, logos, design and code, is owned by Al Amin Mollah or its respective rights holders and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to content for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where expressly allowed (for example, code snippets shared under an open source license that we have indicated).

When you submit content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use that content to operate, respond and improve the Site. You remain the owner of the content you submit.

The Site relies on third party services including Google (Firebase Authentication, Google Sign In, Google Analytics), Vercel. The Site may also contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and noninfringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, free of errors or free of harmful components.

Content on the Site is shared for informational and educational purposes and is not professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise). You are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Al Amin Mollah be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed zero BDT.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Al Amin Mollah from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any third party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your newsletter account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Site and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

We may modify the Site, the newsletter, or these Terms at any time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cumilla, Bangladesh.
